Bootcamp Barker: Real Life Scenario Training at the IJG Trails
Training your dog outdoors in a real-life environment, allowing them to learn and perform reliably around natural distractions.
Duration: 5 Weeks
Time: Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Cost: N$ 1250 for the 5-week program (excl. IJG entrance fees)
Program Overview
Bootcamp Barkers is a structured group training program focused on advanced obedience, impulse control, and reliability in real-world situations. All training is conducted live and on the spot, with hands-on guidance throughout each session. Spots are limited to guarantee quality training.
Training Focus
· Out-of-sight recalls
· Emergency stop cues
· Off-leash walking and control
· Livestock tolerance and neutrality
· Enhanced basic commands (sit, down, stay, recall)
· Long stays, Out-of-sight stays
Reactive behavioural issues are best addressed through our additional one-on-one training sessions, where individual focus allows for more effective results.
